New Show to Premier On Thursday January 10th at 8pm Central
Hi Folks,
As a few folks here know, I have been doing a morning radio show(music) here for about 4 years now. My audience has grown, and it is turning into a real meaningful and successful part of my life. And I'm blessed to have a few of you that listen to it. For those of you that do not know, I suffer from a rare condition called an Arteriovenous Malformations (AVM for short). Mine was surgically repaired in 2004, but not before doing some real damage.
For some…

A big uht oh on those cheesy grits
Was having so much fun participating in the morning show and the occasional dash around the messy house to get a few minutes chores done at a time. Kept hearing a tiny kitchen-type noise. Who cares. Well it is 13 minutes since the show was over. I see my little pan of cheesy grits that had been cooking on a kind of low heat for 2 hours and 13 minutes! lol This may call for a new pot but wow, the show is just so fun, so special. Lots of nice people there today, fun chit…

Free Track Of The Day September 19th 2012
Today's Free Track of the Day is a great instrumental track from musician and famed jazz composer and bass player Ben Allison. It's a song named "Fred", though there is no Fred playing on the song, lol. One of the reason's I love it, is it's carried by trumpeteer Shane Endsley. It's upbeat, smooth. and something you will be humming…

Free Track Of The Day September 17th 2012
Today's Free Track of the Day comes from Texan JT Hodges. JT comes from Fort Worth Texas, and is officially a Horny Toad, ie, a graduate of TCU, who's mascot is the "horned toad" or as we call in Texas the Horny Toad. Make your own jokes, lol. I grew up near there, and used to play with those little critters, lol.…

Free Track Of The Day September 14th 2012
Today's Free Track Of The Day is from the European Poetry Orchestra. It's an upbeat tune with a really nice funk fanciable beat to it. It also has this nice gospel feel at the end! It's free of coarse, but you might have to sign up for a free account an Amazon.com to get it. Enjoy! Hear the song at 10:30am Central, then download it! Here is the link:…

The Bourne Legacy rocks! A high coffee bean rating indeed.
A little slow at the start as they form the new foundation but then it takes off. Action packed as always and brings in cast members toward the second half. By the end you are psyched up to see the next one. Great movie!

Sadly heading home tomorrow
Japan is such a great place. It makes me sad to leave. It's such a nice place to vacation. Each time the air fare has risen but really the cost of food and hotel is reasonable priced. The rail pass costs but what a bargain. Being able to ride a bullet train any place in the country is quite an experience. Now that I have tried to climb Mount Fuji I would come back in a cooler month; maybe see the cherry blossoms blooming.
